Home staging before selling is no longer something that you only see on TV. It is quickly becoming common practice for the average homeowner who wants to get the most out of their investment.

It’s estimated that staged homes sell 2 – 3 times faster and for more than 5 per cent more than homes that are not staged

  1. First impression matters: They say you never get a second chance to make a first impression. This couldn’t be more true when selling your home. The first impression is often the main reason why a buyer will be interested and remember your home when they are considering their options. Staging will help you leave a great first impression.
