Created by InsurEye, the ICE certificate provides a series of ratings that are based on three components:

  1. Customer experience: This looks at things like response times, experience and ability to answer questions, and accuracy of billing.

  2. Value for your money: This criterion examines quote fairness, and the amount of coverage that customers receive for the rates they pay.

  3. Claim experience: This criterion examines the claims experience and look at things like processing time.
